PASS PLUS is a practical course and all modules should be covered as practical sessions where possible. However, the local conditions and time of year may mean that some of the modules need to be given as a theory session. For example, if there is no motorway nearby, the motorway driving module will need to be covered in a theory session (you can gain some helpful experience on dual carriageways, but this won't cover aspects specific to motorways).

Recording progress
Your PASS PLUS instructor will complete a Training Report Form for each pupil doing the course: you will sign and date this when you reach the required level in each module. In order to pass the course, you'll need to reach a satisfactory standard in all the modules, (this may take more than six modules depending upon your progress).

You will be given a Progress Record to enable you to keep a record of your progress throughout the course.
